We are welcome to refund for the following products

  1. Unopened vial

  2. Unopened bag of pill

For example, if the order is 200USD for 4 items plus shipping cost 50USD, total 250USD

For all the payments has been paid, it has already included

  1. 5% on expense of payment has been paid

  2. Administrative handling fee (including 10USD for shipper and material cost) 30USD

  3. Return shipping cost. Here for example is around 40USD

It won’t be charged with 1,2,3 if the parcel has been used. If you request to return

scenario 1: no product has been used, we will refund 250 - 250*5% - 50 -40 - 30 = 117.5USD

scenario 2: one item has been used, we will refund 250 - 200/4 - 250*5% - 50 - 40 -30 = 67.5USD

scenario 3: two items has been used, we will refund 250 - 200/4*2 - 250*5% - 50 - 40 -30 = 17.5USD

scenario 4: three items has been used in this case, no refund is possible.

If you have any inquiry about sending back the parcel, you can let us know. If you set up a dispute on Paypal or on credit card, the refund process it will not be refunded immediately, it will have to wait for 3months.

*For all the payments has been paid, it will be charged with 5% on Paypal expense or credit card payment.
*For all shipments has been sent, it will be charged with 30USD in case of returning back

*For all shipments returning back, we will only refund it until we have received the package.

*For conscience, sincereness and empathy purposes, we may add extra vial or pill in your order. If the order has to be returned, it will be calculated on average price. Eg. 3vials + 1 extra, the order cost 225USD.

Return 3vials before calculation of other cost, it will be 225/4*3 = 168.75USD

*For Friday and Saturday shipping in the USA area, it should cost 50USD for the next working day arrival. We only request parents to pay 30.5USD for the Saturday arrival. But if the order has to be returned and refunded. The full cost of shipping cost will be minus from refund.

For example, the order for Saturday delivery is 200USD and shipping cost we charged is 30.5USD. If we have to return and refund this order,

it will be calculated 200 - 200*0.05 - 50USD = 140USD, return shipping cost will be calculated as well.
